Hand Tools Warranty
Our products are backed by the following warranty coverage:
- Wrenches: Lifetime Warranty
- Axle Nut Sockets: Lifetime Warranty
- Rethreaders: 1-Year Limited Warranty
- Specialty Tools: 1-Year Limited Warranty
- Gauges: No Warranty Coverage
Please Note: Warranty coverage does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified, or used outside their intended purpose.
Diagnostic Equipment Warranty
All diagnostic equipment is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of shipment.
If any product manufactured by A & E is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship, A & E will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover products that:
- Have become worn through normal use
- Have been tampered with or modified
- Have been used contrary to operating instructions
- Have been damaged due to accident, misuse, or negligence
Factory Repair Service
Minimum Factory Repair Charge: $5.00 plus shipping and handling.
Snap Ring Tool Warranty
Snap Ring tools are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
If a product manufactured by A & E is found to be defective, A & E will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover products that:
- Have been tampered with or modified
- Have been used contrary to operating instructions
- Have been damaged by accident, misuse, or negligence
Replaceable tips are considered normal wear items and are not covered under warranty.
